One of the many ways of reducing “things” to a manageable level is to work thru them. Pick a small preferably insignificant task and concentrate on it totally.
Every major task in the world can be broken down to dozens of smaller tasks. As a programmer I am used to this way of thinking, but, it may be new to many of you.
An example we all (most) have done. Get up go to work.
